Common questions

Should a public company run a Discord or Telegram group?

It can, if someone moderates it every day. An official, moderated channel gives investors a reliable source and makes impersonators easier to spot. An unmoderated group tends to fill with spam and speculation the company can't control.

How do you deal with scam and impersonator accounts?

We monitor for accounts using the company's or executives' names, report them to the platforms, and keep pinned notices in official channels listing the real accounts and links. We also remind investors that the company will never message them privately about buying shares.

Who approves what gets posted?

You do. We agree on an approval process up front: routine posts that restate public information follow a pre-approved format, and anything new goes to your team before it's published.
