Every company is at a level. We get you to the next one.
Level Up Media Group runs investor relations, disclosed investor awareness, and capital markets communications for public and private companies, from the first raise to uplisting.
Working with OTC, CSE, TSXV, Nasdaq, and NYSE American companies, and private companies headed there. Every paid placement disclosed under Section 17(b).
Where's your company today?
Choose a level to see where we'd focus.
Level 1: Private and building
You have a product and a story but no outside investors yet, or only friends and family.
- A clear two-sentence description of the company
- A website and profiles that look credible
- A founder story investors can repeat
Level 2: Raising private capital
You're preparing a seed, Series A, or private placement round and need materials that hold up.
- An investor deck and one-page summary
- A data room outline and investor FAQ
- Communications that respect private offering rules
Level 3: Going public
You're weighing an IPO, direct listing, reverse takeover, Reg A+ offering, or a CSE or TSXV listing.
- A pathway compared on cost, time, and fit
- Readiness gaps closed with your advisors
- A plan for quiet periods and listing day
Level 4: Listed and building awareness
Your shares trade, but too few investors know the story or follow your news.
- A steady, substantive news calendar
- Disclosed awareness across investor channels
- Official channels that answer questions fast
Level 5: Uplisting and institutional
You're moving to Nasdaq or NYSE American, or you're ready for analysts and institutions.
- Exchange readiness and governance
- Institutional-grade materials and roadshows
- Answer-ready digital IR
Good companies get overlooked every day
Most small caps don't have a story problem. They have a distribution and discipline problem.
- News that goes nowhere
- You announce a real milestone and nobody new hears about it. Without distribution, a press release is a filing, not a story.
- A story nobody can repeat
- If an investor can't explain your company in two sentences, they can't tell anyone else about it, and they won't stay long.
- Agencies that can't show their work
- Paying for "reach" without sources, reporting, or disclosures isn't a program. It's a liability with your name on it.

How an engagement runs
Same four steps whether you're private or listed. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Audit
We read your filings, deck, website, and recent news, then show you how the market sees you today.
Plan
A written program: goals, channels, calendar, budget, and the exact disclosure language.
Launch
We run the work. Anything that speaks for the company goes through your approvals first.
Report
Weekly and monthly reports with real numbers, and what we'll change next.
Disclosed by default
Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 requires anyone paid to publicize a security to disclose that they were paid and how much. Every paid placement we run carries that disclosure, plus who paid, and we hold every creator and publisher we work with to the same rule.
That isn't a compliance footnote. It's why issuers, their counsel, and their shareholders can trust the work.
What we will never do
- Run paid promotion without disclosure
- Publish price targets or predictions
- Share material nonpublic information
- Promise share price, volume, or market-cap results
Where investors actually are
We choose channels for your sector and story, not from a package menu.
- X
- Real-time market conversation and cashtags.
- YouTube
- Long-form interviews, explainers, and site visits.
- Email newsletters
- Readers who chose to hear about small caps.
- Discord and Telegram
- Active trading and research communities.
- Research-driven discussion, where each community's rules apply.
- Professional and institutional audiences.
- Podcasts and financial media
- Credibility and a longer conversation.
- Investor conferences
- Face time with funds, family offices, and brokers.
- AI answer engines
- What investors ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini before they click.
What does Level Up Media Group do?
Level Up Media Group is an investor engagement and consulting firm. We plan and run investor relations programs, disclosed investor awareness campaigns, corporate communications, social and community management, capital markets advisory, and digital IR with answer engine optimization (AEO) for public and private companies in the United States and Canada.
Do you work with private companies or only public ones?
Both. Private companies use us to build their equity story, investor materials, and digital presence, and to plan communications around a raise or a future listing. Public companies use us for ongoing investor relations, investor awareness, and uplisting preparation.
Which markets do you work with?
We work with companies quoted or listed on OTC Markets (OTCQX, OTCQB, and the OTCID Basic Market), the Canadian Securities Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange, Nasdaq, and NYSE American, and with private companies preparing for any of them.
Are paid investor awareness campaigns legal?
Yes, when the content is truthful and the payment is disclosed. Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 requires anyone paid to publicize a security to disclose that payment and its amount. Every paid placement we run includes that disclosure and who paid, and we never publish price targets or predictions.
Is Level Up Media Group a broker-dealer or investment adviser?
No. Level Up Media Group LLC is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or research firm. We don't sell securities, give investment advice, or take transaction-based compensation.
