How we handle Regulation FD. Regulation FD prohibits SEC-reporting companies from selectively disclosing material nonpublic information to investors or market professionals. We only discuss information that is already public, and material news goes out broadly first, usually by press release and, where required, a Form 8-K.
How it works
Audit
We read your filings, deck, website, past releases, and the questions shareholders are already asking.
Messaging
We write the equity story, key messages, and Q&A bank, then align your materials to them.
Calendar
We plan the next 90 days of communications around your reporting cycle and milestones.
Run and report
We handle the day-to-day work and report to you every month.
Common questions
What does an investor relations firm do?
An investor relations firm manages communication between a company and the investment community. That includes shaping the equity story, preparing investor materials, answering shareholder questions, supporting earnings and major announcements, and planning outreach to new investors.
Can you act as our outsourced IR department?
Yes. Many smaller public companies don't have a full-time IR officer. We can serve as the company's IR function, working directly with your CEO and CFO, or support an in-house IR lead during busy periods.
How do you measure investor relations?
We report outputs you can verify, such as releases issued, meetings held, and questions answered, and results such as audience reach, engagement, inbound investor inquiries, and changes in your shareholder base where data is available. We don't promise share price results.
How do you handle Regulation FD?
We only share information that is already public. When something material happens, it is released broadly first, by press release and a Form 8-K where required, before we discuss it with anyone. We also keep a record of investor conversations.
